It’ an interior project named ’smart-ologic Corian® living’ by Karim Rashid in collaboration with DuPont™ Corian®. It is capable of fully taking advantage of the versatility and sensory quality of the DuPont ™ Corian® material in the shape of kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, garden. The design is made of sustainable bio-sourced components and recycled materials, as efforts to decrease its environmental footprint. The project also features the first presentation of DuPont™ Zodiaq® quartz surfaces, which rashid has used in designing some of the furniture. ‘Smart-ologic Corian® living’ also integrates DuPont™ Energain® panels for energy consumptionreduction along with DuPont™ building integrated photovoltaic modules and Tyvek® woven membranes.
