Dim Sum Bar Interior Design is located in Quito, Ecuador. It was designed by Hou de Sousa (HouNancy and Josh Sousa) and was completed in 2011 granted the bar is located in an area of 150 square meters and has a nice modern design. the main objective was to create an elegant restaurant with an interior that combines bold, comfortable and contemporary classical elements.
This image was created in fact a collection of furniture that the customer had purchased for this space. It was a set of chairs with a very particular look. The space was designed course on these chairs. Made noise, but it’s true. The chairs have wooden frames and black leather cushions with white ribbed files. The same trend can now be seen scratched on the safety bars on the windows dark.
This project was not easy at all, partly because the team was working in a foreign country where construction methods are very different and partly because the design itself is complicated. The language has also been a major obstacle. However, the architects managed to finish the project with graphics and other visual tools that facilitated communication with the inner contractors.The result was impressive, with a long bass and a huge collection of wine in the back.
