The current owner purchased the place a few years ago, because he can see the potential value of this place, Then he decided to invest his money to buy this nice hotel. At first, Guido Alessandro the owner of the hotel said that the hotel actually aimed as a house. However, he feels that the place is too large for him. Then as time goes by, his friends enjoy staying at Guido’s house. They keep coming and going, and then it inspires Guido and his girlfriend to make his house as a hotel.
Then he collected different things to décor his new hotel such as painting from British-Brazilian artist, Oliver Mourao. He has successfully built a lovely hotel which features so many natural construction materials which making this hotel perfectly impressive.
